Every project is different, so we provide accurate quotes after inspecting the work area or reviewing photos/video. Our goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and fairly priced.
Concrete Demolition Pricing
Concrete projects can vary widely, so final costs depend on several key factors:
-
Concrete Thickness: Thicker slabs require more labor, time, and specialized equipment.
-
Rebar or Reinforcement: Steel makes demolition more complex.
-
Access to the Site: Tight spaces, stairs, or limited entry affect equipment use and labor.
-
Disposal Fees: Concrete must be hauled away legally, with fees varying by volume and location.
-
Permits & Regulations: City or HOA permits may be required for sidewalks, driveways, or street-adjacent areas.
-
Project Size: Total square footage—from small patios to large driveways—impacts pricing.
Estimated Pricing:
-
4" Thick Slab: $3.75 / sq. ft. (250 sq. ft. minimum), $3.50 / sq. ft. for 500+ sq. ft.
-
6" Thick Slab: $6 / sq. ft. (250 sq. ft. minimum), larger areas may vary based on site conditions.
Other Considerations That May Affect Pricing:
-
Rebar or wire mesh reinforcement
-
Hard-to-reach locations or limited access
-
City permits or HOA compliance
-
Hauling & disposal logistics
-
Unforeseen underground issues (tree roots, plumbing, drains, electrical, etc.)
