DEMOLITION PRICING

Concrete demolition projects can vary widely in scope, so while we’re happy to give you a general idea of pricing, it’s important to understand that no two jobs are exactly the same.

The final cost of your concrete removal project depends on several key factors, including:

  • Concrete Thickness: Thicker slabs require more time, labor, and specialized equipment to break and remove.

  • Rebar or Reinforcement: If the concrete is reinforced with steel, it adds time and complexity to the demolition process.

  • Access to the Site: Tight spaces, limited entry points, or stairs can affect equipment use and labor.

  • Disposal Fees: Concrete must be hauled away and properly disposed of or recycled, and fees vary by volume and location.

  • Permits & Regulations: Some jobs may require city permits, inspections, or compliance with HOA regulations, especially for larger structural demolition or sidewalk removal.

  • Project Size: Whether it's a small patio or a large driveway, total square footage plays a major role in pricing.

We’re always upfront about what your project will require, and we’ll walk you through the process before any work begins. Our goal is to make it simple, stress-free, and fairly priced — every time.

Here’s a general breakdown of our average pricing for standard concrete demolition projects. Final pricing may vary based on site-specific conditions, but this guide should help you estimate costs based on your project size.
