Transparent Pricing & Service Overview

Every junk removal job is different. The type of items, the volume, accessibility, and any special handling needs all affect time and cost. Because no two jobs are alike, we provide accurate pricing only after seeing the items or reviewing photos or video.

We want you to feel confident before scheduling, so here’s how our pricing works.

 

Why We Can’t Remove Junk for Free

Even if items are recyclable or could be donated, hauling them costs time, labor, and disposal fees. Even small or “easy” items still need to be loaded, transported, and properly disposed of.

Some companies offer extremely low or “free” junk removal, but this often comes with risks: illegal dumping, no insurance, or unsafe practices. We handle your items legally, safely, and responsibly, so you can trust the service you get.

 

Single Item Pickup

Small Item  – $59
Ideal for quick, easy removals like:

• Small furniture (chair, nightstand)

• Bicycle

• A few empty boxes

Large Item – $99
For bigger items like:

• Washer or dryer

• Mattress or box spring (king size add $30)

Important Notes:

• Items with bedbugs, body fluids, or blood are not handled.

• Second-floor pickups, long distances, or hard-to-access properties may incur extra fees.

• Refrigerator prices vary depending on size.

Volume-Based Pricing (up to 2 tons)

We charge based on how much space your junk takes in our 14-yard trailer. Price includes up to 4 hours of labor, hauling, and disposal for loads up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs).

Load Size Price Volume Estimate 

• 1/4 Load (3.5 yds³).            $200Small pile

• 1/2 Load (7 yds³).               $400Moderate load

• 3/4 Load (10.5 yds³).          $500Large load

• Full Load (14 yds³).             $650Full trailer

Specialty Items:

• Tires – add $20 each

• Old tube TVs / monitors – add $25

• Paint or chemicals – Not accepted unless pre-approved

• Pianos, hot tubs, safes, etc. – Quote upon request

Large Projects & Multiple Trips

For big cleanouts, like a full house, garage, or estate, we can often give a better price as long as the items are all things we can legally take. Multiple trips are sometimes required, and we can coordinate the most efficient way to get everything cleared.

Photo & Video Quote Options

You don’t always need an on-site visit.

• Photo-based quote: Send several pictures of your items.

• Video quote: Walk through your space with your phone, and we can provide an estimate remotely.

These options help you get a clear idea of pricing before scheduling a visit.
